FEES
Rates
Please call me to discuss my current fees. I charge $200 for 50-minute sessions. The initial three appointments are charged at $250 per session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. I provide monthly statements that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check, and Zelle are the only accepted forms of payment. Health Savings Account funds are accepted in the form of a check.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by voicemail at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
